Recent Adventure!

Heya guys! I'm sorry I haven't been able to get on recently, life has been busy and a new chapter (sort of) has begun.

The big thing that has been keeping me from coming on is I have moved into a new house! I will upload pics later when I can find a cable to get them off my phone XD. But, this place has been a chore from the start. So many projects to make the house ours... For starts, nearly every room had wallpaper from roof to floor on every wall...the wallpaper went in before ANYTHING else, and in several places have had several layers to deal with pulling down. I'll save the nitty-gritty details when I can upload pics, but I have not forgotten this place. I miss it, and talking with yo guys. Hopefully when things finally start slowing down I'll be able to hop on regularly again

I had a bad wallpaper experience in a 17th C farmhouse a long, long time ago, we were removing the decor of centuries to return it to original, there were layers going back to the first use of the damn stuff Cms thick ... we pulled it off and most of the plaster came down with it! 8-0 Don't ask about the ceilings.

Good to see you back, Nathan. in '86 I bought a 150 year old house with 4 layers of wall paper on the wall and ceilings. I have since removed it all, but all of the plaster on the outside walls fell apart from compression stress and had to be replaced. Last time I buy a fixer upper.
