Secret Santa 2018

"Update Secret Santa; volunteering"
@Amaris3004 had a great idea for this years Secret Santa Hot Cold Spot; A Christmas Grotto :eek:
So, this weekend we picked a spot near the taiga tp (hop into the nether and follow the tunnel) and start working on hollowing out a mountain that will form the beginnings of the Secret Santa Christmas Grotto. Santa sees things big, so there will be a lot of digging involved, the makings of a big tree and lots & lots of decorations. If you are willing to help (and become santa's little helper elfs) you are more then welcome. People who know how to make a beautiful tree and are good with colors and decorations, those we need xD. Don't feel pressured in any way, it's all very laid back (no whips will be involved).
As @Amaris3004 is willing to help out (a lot) she'll be this years top shelf elf. Apart from the fact that she's around more then me, she's great at helping others an showing them around. So if you're wondering in what way you could volunteer to the Secret Santa Christmas Grotto, just ask her.
I hope we can make a great little (big) place to open up the Secret Santa gifts.

Guess I didn't officially volunteeer. I have added slabs, steps,fence and lighting to the grotto, I added snow to Claudia's tree. we can take down/change anything that is not to taste.

So when does this project have to be finalized and are we all going to open the presents at the same time, cus i have a nice idea for my secret Santa but I don't think everyone else would enjoy it as much?
 
We're spread across the world so I doubt opening stuff at the same time is going to work, but if I had to guess...try to deliver your gift by Christmas, and perhaps try to hold off on opening your gift (if you see one for yourself under the tree) until after Christmas?

Maybe @Bergendhi or one of the folks who has been through this before can offer some guidance here in the event I'm off the mark!
