Had our first big snow of the season here in Chicagoland and thought I would share some pics. The bushes in the 2nd picture about bent over about half their usual height.

Sometimes I miss snow like this. And then I remember shovelling it, and I smile as I wear sneakers all winter in Copenhagen.

So pretty!! I miss the snow... but only slightly.
3 more days till the start of summer over here... watch as I gradually complain about the heat over the next 3/4 months

To me snow is cheerful ... call me crazy but I like it. Thanks for sharing your pictures we have about the same amount of snow here
